Dr. Nancy Lin, Ph.D. is a Holistic Nutritionist, who believes in honest and optimum wellness through fundamental lifestyle practices. Dr. Nancy believes in an integrative, comprehensive, and functional approach to your body and brain’s best ability with emphasis on addressing the root cause of health issues, not just treating symptoms. Her use of food with dietary supplements, and functional movement are at the core of what she preaches. Dr. Nancy’s clients learn how to incorporate her 5 Pillars of Health into their lives and the lives of their families, including adopting her unique” Medi-Merican” diet for more pain free, energetic, and happier living.
Aside from her love of Holistic Nutrition and alternative medicine, Dr. Nancy Lin, Ph.D. also holds a master’s degree in Rehabilitation Therapy with an emphasis in Cognitive Disorders from the University of Florida. She has also conducted clinical research, assisted with dietary supplement product formulations, development and testing, and practiced therapeutic care at hospitals and rehabilitation centers in Florida and California.
Dr. Nancy’s experience in clinical hospitals and rehabilitation centers exposed her to various aspects of Western Medicine and palliative care, and drove her to explore alternative medicine. Following this path, Dr. Nancy earned a Ph.D. in Holistic Nutrition from Clayton College of Natural Health and began her comprehensive and natural approach to wellness. With a passion for educating people by empowering them to learn about the truth behind their ailments, pain, diseases or lifestyle habits, Dr. Nancy encourages people to use alternative medicine techniques and focus on the whole person to uniquely identify all aspects of health.

Fitness Consultant
Dr. Nancy Lin, Ph.D. is a certified yoga and fitness instructor, an avid runner and athlete, and has completed over 30 distance races, including 25 marathons in California. She is a lead health coach in her own body transformation programs, offered in over 100 countries. Dr. Nancy leads virtual classes to corporate groups, community groups, senior centers, as well as elementary and high schools. Dr. Nancy also works with different fitness brands on social media and podcast platforms as an expert and motivational voice. Dr. Nancy develops customized one on one consultations, complete with nutrition and exercise plans for clients all over the world.
